PINCoding was founded in Belgium on 4 May 2000 by Paul Louis Hofmans. For fifteen years we built more than 500 websites and online projects, and IT and business solutions for around 800 small and medium-sized companies.
The chip in our logo is there for a reason: a chip identifies you and tells a unique, personal story. That is how we treat every client. And the name? People, Internet, Networking, Coding.
Today Paul Louis lives in Ras Al Khaimah and runs NER Management Consultancies, a UAE business partner for entrepreneurs. PINCoding is back to give local businesses what they really need: a good website, fast, at a fair price, from someone who understands business. We combine 35 years of entrepreneurship with modern AI tools, which is why we can deliver in days instead of weeks.

Is the preview really free?
Yes. We build a first version of your site so you can see what you get. If you do not like it, you pay nothing and there is no obligation.
What do I need to provide?
Your trade licence name, logo (if you have one), a few photos and a short chat about your services. We write the texts with you.
I don't have a domain name yet. Can you help?
Yes. We register it for you in your own name, so it always stays yours. A .com or .ae costs from about AED 50 per year.
Do I need the Care plan?
No, but your website needs hosting somewhere. With the Care plan we host it, keep it safe and make small changes for you. You can stop with one month notice and take your site with you.
Can you also help with Instagram, Facebook or TikTok?
Yes. In the Business and Pro packages we set up your profiles with matching covers. With Care + Social we post for you every week.
Do you work outside Ras Al Khaimah?
Yes, anywhere in the UAE and for European entrepreneurs moving to the UAE. We are based in RAK, so local businesses can meet us in person.
